The Worship & Arts Committee is recommending that Bethany continue with one Sunday worship service through the end of the year. As the committee prepares its recommendation to Congregation Council, we would especially value your input regarding the worship time.

Please submit one response per person, either online or on paper. Your name is requested only to help us avoid duplicate responses and will not be included in any public summary of the survey.

Survey closes Sunday, September 20.
Responses will be reviewed by the Worship & Arts Committee, which will bring a recommendation to the Congregation Council. A decision will be shared with the congregation shortly afterward.
